My purpose in life is to help, but there must be an element of fun in it. Whether it's cooking, reaching out to others, creating aesthetics or playing with Kemosabe. Whether I'm in the office, the kitchen, or out and about; I look. I see how something could work better. It's fun for me to figure it out. I'm excited to share my discoveries with you and learn from you as well. This blog is virgin territory and NOT one that comes easily. But I figure, it's time to dive in.
You might wonder, what does Corium 21-The Original Aloe Skin Cream have to do with fun? Well, no attention on dry, itchy or achy skin leaves much more time for you to be yourself and to create and do wonderful things.
I never thought I'd be selling a cream. But the response I got from the start was heartwarming and the feedback inspiring. When I noticed my hands remained soft after washing them, I began to love it even more. A fun feeling started to emerge and still love it all these years later.
My lifetime experience was having rough, chapped hands. If I used lotion, I'd wash them shortly after then they'd be dry and rough. I resigned myself to this. And for the two years before, I didn't use any cream or lotion. I hated watching my soft hands disappear down the drain!
The cream's main distributor planned to debut an indoor cart in Las Vegas the following weekend. I wasn't so sure about Vegas, but I was already having such fun and I didn't want to let this opportunity go.
Within the first couple of days, a lady complimented me on my soft hands. Truth is, no one had ever said anything nice about my hands. After that, I started to look and notice how it helped me in lots of different and many, many others. My recurring thought was, "Isn't that interesting?"
