Who We Are?
Welcome to If Skin Could Talk, where passion meets purpose in pursuing radiant, healthy skin. Founded by CatyK, a visionary entrepreneur with a lifelong commitment to skincare, our journey began with a simple yet profound curiosity about the transformative power of quality skincare products.
CatyK's own experience with her skin journey serves as the heart of our identity. Growing up, she never gave much thought to her skin until she encountered the opportunity to sell aloe vera cream in 2001. What started as a reluctant endeavor quickly blossomed into a profound passion as she witnessed the remarkable effects of the product firsthand.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and small groups, CatyK embarked on a journey of discovery that ultimately led to the creation of If Skin Could Talk. Today, our company stands as a testament to the enduring power of curiosity, determination, and a genuine commitment to helping others achieve their skincare goals.
About CatyK, Founder
Curiously, growing up my skin was something I never thought too much about, except when my face ached and I could see and feel how rough my hands were. From time to time, I would try different products, but I just thought that my skin was just the way it was.
Hello, I'm CatyK, a nearly 70 year old female business owner of If SkinCould Talk. I've been in the business of selling this wonderful aloe vera cream since late 2001.
Rewind back to 2001, I had left a job with far too much stress. I wasn't concerned with what I'd be next doing, but I knew that I wanted to work with individuals and small groups, that was my postulate. The next day, a friend approached me and asked me if I wanted to sell some cream. Emphatically, I told her, “I'm not selling any cream.” She mentioned when and where it would be and I found myself curious enough to prove it wouldn't be something I'd ever do.

When I found the outside cart, I watched the demonstrations for a few minutes and thought, “Hmm, I can do this.” So I picked up a bottle and did my first demonstration and knew I could do this. Later, I noticed my hands were still soft after washing them. That was a first! I hadn't used any product on my hands for the last couple of years because I hated watching my soft hands wash down the drain. This product got my attention.
Then the next weekend, we opened a cart in Vegas at the then Aladdin Hotel's Desert Passage (now Planet Hollywood). Within the first couple of days I knew this was something I wanted to do long-term. It has truly been a most rewarding experience to fulfill my dream of helping individuals and small groups in a personally satisfying way.
